Furthermore, unlike many of today’s contractors, we employ a fully knowledgeable office staff that is always available via phone or email from 8 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday to assist you. We also employ a full-time scheduling coordinator whose sole responsibility is to work with you every step of the way from the moment you contract with us until the job is complete. This is because he is operating the business out of his home, which very often leads to a less than professional experience for the customer.
